Mr. David Mokonyane



Managing Director



Mr. David Mokonyane has a wealth of experience in Surface Mining, both hard rock (Platinum, Nickel, Gold, Chrome, Iron Ore, and Aggregate) and coal mining (more than 18 years). Positions held include; Mining Superintendent, Production Manager, Drill and Blast Manager, Project Manager (Automation Drilling), Mining Manager and Chief Operating Officer (COO).


David holds a Blasting Certificate (Surface Mines), Mining Safety Health and Risk Management Certificate (SHERMP) from Wits University, Explosive Engineering Certificate of competency for both Surface and Underground Mines (Wits University),Certificate in Mine Planning & Design(University of Southern Queensland), National Diploma in Mining Engineering (UJ) and an MBA (Mancosa and Honoris United University).




Mr. Thato Morare



Operations Director



Mr. Thato Morare has 16 years of experience in the Aggregate Industry (Screening and Crushing), that's both in operation and maintenance. He worked for multinational companies such as B&E, Lafarge(SA) AND Group Five(Quarry Cats). He served in various positions as Quarry Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Regional Manager. Thato holds a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Blasting Certificate for Surface Mines​
